✓ Anonymisation – Where AI tools may be helpful, we anonymise and de-identify information before processing 

✓ Privacy settings – Our team uses business-grade AI accounts with enhanced privacy settings that prevent your data being used to train AI models 

✓ GDPR compliance – Our AI use is part of our broader data protection framework and complies with UK GDPR requirements 

✓ Your contract terms – We honour all confidentiality, data protection, and intellectual property obligations in our agreements with you
